FAQ

What is a magnet card?
A magnet card is the same as any other card, however the picture on the front of the card is a magnet and can be removed and kept, an extra little present for the receiver of the card! Example can be seen below.

What is a bookmark card?
This is just a normal card, however the picture on the front is actually the bookmark stuck on, so the receiver can simply pull the bookmark off and start using it straight away! Example can be seen below.

Lost Parcels

In the unusual situation that your parcel is lost or stolen and your item was sent by recorded or special delivery, we will fully refund your money or send a replacement after a period of 15 days from dispatch, which is the maximum time for the royal mail to track and trace your parcel.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item then you may return it within 14 days of delivery, providing it is in its original condition and packaging. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund of the goods value (applies to UK mainland orders only).
